Together Group Benefits Agency employees have over 150 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.

John Jeffries, Founder and President of GBA
John was a founding partner of Group Benefits Agency, Inc. established in 1978. Prior to his insurance experience, John was employed by Fortune 500 companies in accounting and management information services. He holds a BA in Accounting from Ohio University.

William O'Donnell, Executive Vice President, CLU, ChFC.
Bill joined GBA in 1981 bringing several years of insurance experience. Bill holds the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Bill has served as a CLU instructor for the American College, and is a speaker to a variety of groups on the topic of health care and health care trends.

Jackie Davis, Vice President
Jackie joined GBA in 1993. She manages Sales and Account Management of GBA clients. She has a passion for account management and servicing the unique needs of each client. Jackie holds a BS in Secondary Education from Ohio State University.

Patty Whaley, Director of Administration and Finance
Patty joined GBA in 1993. She manages the Administrative and Financial operations of GBA. Patty received her Associates Degree in Business from Columbus Business University.

Julie Shaffer, Dir. Ancillary Sales
Julie joined GBA in 2002. Julie's expertise allows her to negotiate effectively with carriers to make sure clients best interests are met. She is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, ME with a BA in Economics.

Rebecca Jeffries, Human Resoources Director
Rebecca joined GBA in 2000. She holds a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University in Management and Human Resources and a MBA from Capital University.

Tiffany Geiger, Manager Account Services Tiffany joined GBA in 1997.
She supervises the brokerage department and the network of computers. Tiffany recieved her BA from Otterbein College in Business Organizational Communications.

Tricia Collins, Manager Sales
Tricia joined GBA in 1999 as a sales representative. She was promoted to Sales Manager in 2002. Tricia holds a bachelor of arts degree from Otterbein College.

Brian Doran, Manager, Account Management
Brian has been with GBA since 1999 as Account Manager of large group clients. Brian is a graduate of Ohio State University and received his MBA from Franklin University.
