Account Executive The Account Executive is financially responsible for oversight and management of the complete GBA client experience. They are directly responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contract between the client and carrier and managing all aspects of retention activity and account growth via building relationships with decision makers and influencers within client accounts. Additional duties center on meeting annual new sales and prospecting goals, teaming appropriately with GBA staff, understanding complex and escalated customer service issues and driving the benefit strategy for each of their accounts.
